ERROR exec: "gpg": executable file not found in $PATH

I get this error when executing:
keybase pgp pull
keybase pgp select --import --multi

My version is:
keybase version 6.0.3-20221212202006+608e46df72
and OS is:
macOS Monterey version 12.6 (Apple M1 Max)

But I get the same error on my Intel Mac running same macOS version
