Unreachable on a Mastodon instance

Hi,

I tried to claim ownership on my account on 2 mastodon instances called tooot.im and scholar.social, but what I fill in my user name, I get 'Unreachable' on Keybase, and \page does not exist' on both instances.

Is this something that needs to be activated by the community admins ?
