Decrypt saltpack for deleted account

Hi,

I deleted my account a while back. I still have my paperkey. I came across an old saltpack which I'd like to decrypt. Is there a way to recover the key material that used to be hosted on keybase, which is required to decrypt the saltpack using the paperkey? Or does this get purged permanently upon account deletion?
