Can't authorize the device, running into the loop

Hey guys,
I'm running into the following loop, even though I was using this device when signed up first.
It worth to mention that I have installed the Keybase using the .dmg file, then reinstalled it via Terminal and can't login now. Could you please help?
It requires me to authorize device, but when I click Resolve it redirects me to the same screen over and over again.
