killing keybase-redirector process and suspending to RAM works as expected

Reproduce the suspend-to-RAM failure on Linux while keybase-redirector is running, using the supplied freeze failure and FUSE wait trace as the starting point. Compare this with the reported workaround of killing keybase-redirector before suspension. Done means the system can freeze and suspend without terminating the process.
