I have no idea if my feeback actually made it. These two messages seem very contradictory to me.

I'd report this problem using the "Send feedback" feature, but... you know... it's the one being wonky.


Also, if my feedback didn't make it, I lost it, because the app cleared the text box after this.

Start by reproducing the issue in the app's "Send feedback" feature and compare the two contradictory messages shown in the attached screenshot. Check whether the feedback text is cleared after submission; done means the status is unambiguous and the text is not lost when delivery fails.
