Description

Hey there!

I've triggered an account reset, and am on my third day in out of the seven days. I was wondering if there could be a way to skip the seven days as I have some time-dependent transaction relying on my keybase account I would ideally like to execute today. My keybase account has been proved with this GitHub account (they're both using the same username).

Research direction

Start by reviewing the account reset flow and the seven-day waiting policy described in the issue. Determine whether an exception for a verified GitHub account is intended and what security constraints would apply; done means a documented decision or an agreed implementation scope.
