Divergence between website and client apps

Just a remark: there is some divergences between apps and website.

For example, the crypto tab on the website use PGP crypto -- e.g. `keybase pgp sign` -- (_i.e. sign with the main PGP declared and proved key_), meanwhile the (Windows) client app' crypto tab use the device generated keys and output text in saltpack format -- e.g. `keybase sign`.

Compare the website and Windows client app crypto tabs, starting with the behaviors and commands mentioned in the report: `keybase pgp sign` versus `keybase sign`. Determine the intended relationship between the PGP and saltpack outputs and device-generated versus declared keys; the issue is complete when the divergence is resolved or the expected behavior is documented.
