Adding a new PGP key not working

I am trying to add my new PGP key to keybase using `keybase pgp select` and getting errors.

Steps I did:
1. Removed the old PGP key from keybase
2. Do `keybase pgp select` from my command line
3. Selected the key I want to upload.

It gives me the following error: `▶ ERROR key generation error: non-signing keys can't be sibkeys (error 911)`
