Is there a way to access my Keybase account with no paperkey nor the old device where I used to have the APP?

Description
I got 25$ in Stellar Lumeens (XLM) back in 2019 when they where dropped, and yesterday I happened to remember about them. I downloades the APP and didnt manage to get in. I have read that if I reset my account I will loose all my Lumens....
PD: My old phone fell in the toilet so no chance of gettin in the account through it.
Hope some of the developers or managers can help!
