Description
Steps to replicate:
- Open private tab in browser
- Go to [website encryption page](https://keybase.io/encrypt)
- Select own username in **Recipient** input
- Type "super secret message" in the **The secret message** text area
- Click encrypt button
- Copy text to clipboard
- In Keybase-gui click on **Crypto** -> **Decrypt**
- Paste pgp payload in the input box
- **Failed to decrypt text** shows in red banner across top of page.
I do have gpg keys set for my account.

Compare the website-generated PGP payload with what the GUI accepts and check the existing issue discussion for compatibility clues.
