Persistant alert in `People` tab

I've been using Keybase for some time now, mainly for chatting.

Something that keeps bugging me, however, is that there's this persistant notification in the `People` tab.

There's no way to get rid of this, other than filling in a Full Name, Bio, and Location.
Whilst you can enter random data in here, I'd prefer it if it would be possible to dismiss this notification instead.


Start by reproducing the persistent notification in the People tab and inspect the client code responsible for that view. Done means a user can dismiss the notification without entering a Full Name, Bio, or Location, and the dismissal remains effective when the tab is revisited.
