Can't access to the spacedrop chat

Hi, I can't access to the Spacedrop chat, I had to reset on my account right after they spoke to me and now I'm locked out of the conversation and I cannot get the Lumens
Anyone knows if is possible to get me this fixed?
I have everything to prove my identity (had to reset because I lost my device and I didn't had a paper key, lesson learned in the hard way)
