Cant login

I can't log in, I have control of the cell phone that I used to register the account but I made the mistake of not registering any other equipment and the only one I had registered was broken. It will not be possible to add proof of identity as in some cryptocurrency exchanges that request to show a selfie with a photo document and a piece of paper asking for reset 2fa or reset password etc ...? Is it so difficult to implement something like that? Please, a lot of people need that, even people who have a lot more logging data than I do.
