FUSE and Finder not working in KB since January 2021 upgrade

I've upgraded Keybase to the "latest" version when it wanted auto-update in January 2021.

Ever since, I cannot use Finder to access my kbfs filesystem. Initially it reported permission denied, but then I did some debugging, removing some directories and rebuilding them, reinstalling Keybase, etc. etc. and no luck.

I've also tried now to do a keybase log send and that fails as well ("dyld: lazy symbol binding failed" error).

How can I debug the FUSE and/or Finder to try and get things working? Is there a README on this?
Is there a way I can revert to a prior Keybase version?
I've also tried going through installing via brew... anticipating perhaps installing a previous version. However, I can't find the raw/Formula for a previous version to install it _from_.
Is there a way I can manually submit the KB logs seeing that the keybase log send is failing?

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

No source files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the Finder access failure and the "dyld: lazy symbol binding failed" error from `keybase log send`, then compare the January 2021 version with an earlier Keybase version. Done would mean identifying a reproducible cause or providing a concrete diagnostic path and usable logs.
