Account reset link expired

Hi, I activated the 5-day account reset sequence earlier, but I forgot to click the reset link on the 5th day. Now, when I click it, it says `link expired`. So I went and try to reset my account again, but it doesn't send any emails or messages to my phone number (probably because they've already been reset?). Is there a way to reset my account after this?
