Chat feature is not working as intended.

In the keybase.io we can't chat with the users. Lets suppose go to https://keybase.io/rvang and click on chat. As soon as we click at chat bottom website will redirect us to this URL keybase://chat/rvang. It leads to denied of chat service. I hope you will look into this and let me know about the new update on this issue. I will be glad to provide more information if you want while reproducing or fixing this issue. Looking forward to hear a positive feedback from the team.

Start by reproducing the problem at https://keybase.io/rvang and record what happens when Chat is clicked. Trace the redirect to keybase://chat/rvang and determine why it is denied; the issue is done when the user's chat service opens successfully instead.
