XLM to Coinbase transfer problem

I sent XLM from my Keybase wallet to my Coinbase account but they have not shown up in my Coinbase account. Coinbase told me I need to contact the support for the wallet I sent them from - can not find contact to do that within keybase, everything point points me here. Help?
