Error 603: you can't do that right now in method keybase.1.teams.teamaddmembersmultirole

I am trying to add members to a team and i get the following error code on iPhone and Macbook: **"ERROR CODE 603 - you can't do that right now in method keybase.1.teams.teamaddmembersmultirole"**

I was getting that error every once in awhile a few weeks ago on my phone, but now I am getting it no matter who I try to add to which team (old team, new team, different roles, etc), on phone and laptop.
