Restore/reset password on Mac device

Hi,

I've lost password and passphrase to my Keybase account. Although I've got access to my Mac Book which is registered as device and following instruction to change password in my Mac account, nothing happens. I still kann not log in to Keybase. How can I restore this data without reseting my account? How can I restore access to my account using my registered device?
