Can't reset old keybase account; lost access to email, all devices, and any encrypted documents.

Hello! I'm writing here to tell you that my account, `@pugthelouie` on Keybase has been completely locked out from me. I've created a new one, `@puggo` on Keybase that I'd like to keep. I'm wondering how I could get into that account and force reset it?
