Keybase search fails to return any results for exact name of user

The search feature somehow cannot find [Florian Margaine](https://keybase.io/fmargaine) despite entering his exact name. Just `Margaine` also fails to return any results. (Username `fmargaine` works.)

This is very worrying because I critically rely on the search feature to determine if certain people are on keybase or not, assuming they are under their normal, known name. This is *basic!*

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reproducing searches for “Florian Margaine,” “Margaine,” and “fmargaine” in the Keybase search feature, then trace the search path. Done means the exact name and surname return the user while the existing username search continues to work.
