Temp Files not removed after files are transfered to keybase

Dear Keybase Developers,

I am surprised but when I headed to the AppData folder on windows, and wanted to know the folders to delete, it turns out that Keybase did not delete the temporary files, and it summed up to around 60GiB!

I am reinstalling keybase as Keybase was not able to be reused after removing those files, which is fine by me, but could you guys add a feature to clear the cache data after it has been uploaded?

Reproduce a file transfer on Windows and inspect the AppData folders described in the issue. Trace what remains after upload completion and verify that temporary files are cleared without preventing Keybase from being reused.
