Please include Spanish Language!

Hi all, I'm trying to convince a team of Slack members to switch to Keybase, but they only will change if it supports Spanish language. Any idea about when this feature will be available???

The issue only requests Spanish-language support and does not name files, tests, or an entry point. First determine which Keybase client, installer, or website surfaces require translation and how language support is currently organized; done means Spanish support is defined, implemented across the agreed surfaces, and verified.
