Messages can't be sent. Wallet doesn't work correctly.

My Keybase wallet doesn't work correctly : I can receive Xlm , but I can't send them.
I always receive an error message.
I tryed to ask help by chat but my chat messages don't leave.
Do I make any mistake ?
