When I login (using UI or CLI);

My account was setup a long time ago, but I haven't used it in... at least a year.

Reading similar issues here suggests I need to reset my account. However, using the website (https://keybase.io/account/reset_me) errors out;

Error 500. Something is not right. We will look into it.

And the CLI tool does not seem to support reset;

Start by reproducing the failure with keybase login, then inspect the keybase account command list and the /account/reset_me page behavior. The issue is done when the reported active-key login failure and account-reset error have a documented or verified resolution across the mentioned entry points.
