Website, changes default shift/ctrl click behavior

Hey guys,

On the page: https://www.keybase.io/__/command_line/keybase when you shift/ctrl click one of the nav links on the left it opens a new tab but also navigates the original window.

I would like to remind you that there is a special place in hell for websites that break my browser's basic functions :P

Open the reported Keybase command-line page and reproduce the behavior by shift- or ctrl-clicking the left navigation links. Inspect the navigation entry point and confirm that opening a link in a new tab no longer navigates the original window.
