Description

A maximized window is supposed to have a button to de-maximize back to its pre-maximized size, such as this one from Chrome:

But clicking the maximize button in Keybase just makes it really big without presenting a de-maximize button - the maximize button is still there and does nothing:

You can maximize with the alt-space-x shortcut still, which seems to verify that the current maximize button is hooked up wrong.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the maximize-button behavior on Windows and trace the button's handling, using the Alt-Space-X shortcut as a comparison. Done means clicking the button maximizes the window, changes to a de-maximize action, and restores the pre-maximized size.
