Is it possible to add an "Enter Key Sends Message" to the android app?

When utilizing a bluetooth keyboard, it is much more intuitive to hit enter to send the message. It would be nice to have the android/iOS app either auto-detect usage of a BT Keyboard or at least expose an option to enable "Enter to Send".
