Bug Report has transparent background

While uploading a picture to the OS X desktop app a bug report window request popped up over the electron app, however it had a transparent background, so I didn't even realize what it was at first, other than strange scroll bars that popped up.

I sent to report in the terminal, and I took a screen shot if anyone wants to see it. Let me know the medium in which to send it.
