Description
Keybase installation on my mobile accumulated over 1 GB of data — I am not even using it to store files!
Would be great if it can add a section under settings to manage storage: see what is taking up space, with the option to delete them, and at the very least, to flush cache.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by reviewing the mobile settings area and how storage is reported. Done means a settings section can show storage usage, delete selected data, and flush cache on mobile.
