Issue: Not able to sign up for airdrop in-app despite meeting all qualifications

So I'm getting this strange contradicting message upon trying to sign up for the airdrop that I don't qualify, when the page prior it shows that I've met all qualifications. I've even linked my Github account within Keybase, and still to no avail I get the same error.

Given that the airdrop is supposed to be today, can the Keybase team look into this please? It seems that this issue is plaguing various users. Is it required that we actually register for it through the link in the app and it show that we qualify, or is creating an XLM wallet in it enough to receive the airdrop? Thanks in advance.
