Airdrop qualify problem

Hi, New to Github.
Has anyone managed to join the airdrop yet? Still unable to join. App says i'm qualified to join, but when i click on become a lucky airdropee it says the following "sorry, you are not qualified to join" Has anyone managed to get incontact with keybase customer support or does such a thing not exist....

Start by reproducing the qualification mismatch in the app using the “become a lucky airdropee” action and record the exact account state and message. No repository file or test is identified in the issue; done would mean determining why the app reports conflicting qualification results and documenting or correcting that behavior.
