reset keybase account and still in spacedrop

I was already qualified for the spacedrop for attaching my old github account...now I lost all the devices connected to my account and to access it back I must reset my account .... if I reset it will I loose my qualification for the spacedrop ? however I'm already from a restricted country not in the list thus I can't be qualified in the update which oblige me to signup using PHONE NUMBER FROM APPROVED COUNTRY thanks in advance
