Unable to join Stellar event

Hello,
So, I was notified about the stellar event keybase is having, and I attempted to join using the keybase windows application. When I click the "See if you qualify" button, it runs the three checks, and all of them pass. I then get shown the "become a lucky airdropee" button.
When I click it, it says that I am not qualified to join, even though it told me that I was on the previous screen.
The windows application is up to date, it applied updates this morning.

Is this a known bug? What's the best way to get around this issue?

Start by reproducing the flow in the up-to-date Windows application: run the qualification checks, then select “become a lucky airdropee.” Compare the result from the checks with the final eligibility response. Done means the conflicting qualification result is explained and the issue is either resolved or has a documented workaround.
