Reset Account does not seem to work.

I can log into the web site keybase.io, but have lost all devices. After clicking on the 'start from scratch' button and getting the 'identity reset' dialog box and clicking 'Reset Account' nothing happens. I still have my devices connected to my account.
Am I doing something wrong?

Start by reproducing the account reset flow on keybase.io: log in with no available devices, choose “start from scratch,” and click “Reset Account.” Check why the identity reset dialog produces no visible result, and consider the issue done when the reset completes and the account no longer retains the old devices.
