Policy to handle spammers

I just received an unsollicited encrypted message from a commercial company I do not have a relation with. In other words, this is just ordinary SPAM.

Is there a policy to remove spamming users from keybase?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. It asks whether a spam-removal policy exists, so a contributor would first need maintainer clarification about the intended policy, scope, and implementation location before work can be started or completion can be assessed.
