Windows app: "add to team" dialog (accessed from user profile page) doesn't scroll

On the Windows desktop app, and possibly on other versions, this dialog doesn't scroll. This is the dialog that is accessed from a user's profile page, if I click the three-dot menu and choose "add to team...". I am an administrator of more teams than can fit on a single page on my machine, so I'm not able to click the "Add to team" button at the bottom of the dialog, since it's cut off by the bottom of the screen.

Right now, I'm able to work around this by zooming my font size out temporarily, but I don't think this is going to be true long-term since there's a limit to how far you can zoom. A scrollbar would be great. :)

Start with the Windows desktop app's user-profile three-dot menu and the “Add to team” dialog. Reproduce it with an administrator account whose teams exceed the screen height; done when the dialog can be scrolled and the Add to team button remains reachable.
