Can I recover my deleted account?

Right before, I have deleted my account because I miss-typed email address.
I wanted to change email address correctly, therefore, I deleted my account.
But, I didn't know that I can't use the same username to create another account.

That is my almost used username(yes, Github also), so I need to recover it.

Is it possible to do that matter?
