Description

I "proved" a Mastodon account `@outvi@moe.cat` at [July 9th](https://keybase.io/outloudvi/sigchain#d3e96b58f91082e610974260836bc8821241550fb8213c1d6c525c24f11e13740f). Since then, I've received seven emails reading "your moe.cat (outvi) proof just succeeded!", during which I haven't changed my identities on Keybase.

Research direction

The report identifies repeated "proof succeeded" emails for the Mastodon account @outvi@moe.cat, with a sigchain link and screenshot, but names no source file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the repeated notifications while the identity remains unchanged, then confirm that only one success email is sent for a proof event.
