Description
The latest Keybase installer for Windows hangs for me when attempting to install - it sits spinning eternally at the "Preparing to Install" step without making any progress and I eventually have to kill the underlying process.
Possibly related to this open issue from (yikes) 2017? I have Visual Studio 2019 installed on this machine.

If there's a way to look up a log from the installer as the person in the above ticket did, let me know and I will try to add it.
