To reproduce:
Log out of keybase
Run something like keybase pgp decrypt
Keybase will launch and ask you for your passphrase. The text field will appear to have focus, but when you type nothing will be entered. You must click on the text field to continue.
This has lead to users in my organisation asking where their sensitive passphrase was just entered.
