shortcut keys (feature request)

Please show shortcut keys under Settings and allow to reconfigure them, also restore default settings per line (one shortcut) and all together. This applies to all platforms where Keybase works.

Would propose also shortcut keys:
**F1** to show all shortcuts, can be scrolled, also quick search bar would be appreciated to quickly find the shortcut user was looking for. Below could be the link to the address https://keybase.io/docs which seems the best possible help available for now and there is no point to copy it into application as in web it is much easier to keep it up-to-date.
**SHIFT+F1** shows the context shortcuts, which is currently active. E.g. while typing, SHIFT+F1 would show text formatting help with shortcuts where possible.
