shutting down the program its not terminated on windows properly

when i shut down on windows and i noticed that this program is still running after i had fully closed the program down could you confirm as i noticed it still using network resources i had to kill program under task manager under user tab and also running still is following
so program is not fully shut down
keybase >this is still running 1 x instances
keybase utility> still running 2 x instances
kbfsdokan.exe >this has now stopped but last night i saw it running using network activity
