Description
It's good that Keybase does not plan to link to spam/ad sites or criminal activity sites (though I doubt the latter group would want to connect in the first place) but the phrasing of the answer to "Are there sites you won't link to?" on https://keybase.io/blog/keybase-proofs-for-mastodon-and-everyone suggests there may be additional guidelines not mentioned or elided over that determine whether or not Keybase will link with any particular Mastodon instance or other service.
For the sake of transparency, please prepare and publish actual guidelines for judging whether a particular service is eligible to work with Keybase via the new proof protocol and on what specific grounds that a service may be rejected.
