Description
Allow users to have multiple identification verifications on the same Mastodon instance.
My situation: I have 2 accounts on https://freeradical.zone (Mastodon instance) but I can only verify one of my freeradical accounts on my keybase.
When I go to the keybase > other identities > search "freeradical" it does not appear (presumably because I already have one).
It would be great to verify multiple accounts of the same instance

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating the Keybase client or website code that searches and stores Mastodon identity verifications, then determine how duplicate instances are currently excluded; done means two accounts on one instance can both be verified and discovered without breaking existing verifications.
