Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Keybase app.
2. Select the menu item Keybase > Hide Keybase (or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘H)

Expected results:
Keybase should hide

Actual results:
The previous open app comes into focus and Keybase's window stays visible behind it.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the Keybase app using Keybase > Hide Keybase or the ⌘H shortcut, then inspect the macOS hide-window handling. Done means the Keybase window is no longer visible after hiding and the previous app comes into focus as expected.
