Facebook proof fails on website

The keybase website shows my `steve.forget8` proof is pending but I didn't delete or revoke it.

Checking from command-line works however:

I also checked many accounts on Keybase and couldn't find one with Facebook proof.

Reproduce the discrepancy by checking the Facebook proof on the Keybase website and running the mentioned `./keybase id -s vonjagdstrumel` command. Trace how the website determines and displays Facebook proof status; done when an active proof is shown consistently with the command-line result.
