Syncing files or git to Android phone?

I was considering using keybase for my markdown notes, I was mostly into creating a private git repo, but I haven't found a good way of syncing this on mobile, so I'm up to date on my notes. Is there a way to sync a whole folder, and keep it in sync, so when I make changes they get uploaded? Or is there a way to pull and push to git on Android phone? To my Keybase git repo?
