Description
Every time I restart my computer, OS X will prompt me the message `"Keybase" is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?`
It only happens with Keybase. All other apps, I authorize one time only and the message won't prompt again.
Do you know why, and how to fix it?
Cheers!

Research direction
Reproduce the repeated OS X warning after restarting the computer and compare it with the one-time authorization behavior of other apps. Investigate the Keybase installation or launch behavior responsible for the prompt; this is resolved when Keybase no longer asks for authorization on every restart.
